Dominador Jr. joined Redgum in 2021 and quickly become a senior member of the fundraising team. Now our Field Operations Manager in Sydney, Australia he has worked all across the Philippines championing local non-profits and global charities.
Initially, my campaigns focused on supporting local NPOs in the Philippines. This has evolved into a mission to bolster Redgum’s efforts in crafting impactful and meaningful campaigns across Australia. One of the most inspiring aspects is the diverse group of people coming together to drive real lasting change – a true reflection of Redgum’s values. My goal is to continue inspiring and empowering fundraisers worldwide, reminding them of the significance of their work. We’re not just fundraisers; we’re changemakers, working towards a better future one conversation at a time.

Alex has been in the face-to-face sector for nearly a decade. Starting in his late twenties, he gained extensive experience across multiple industries and firmly believes in earning everything. His diverse sales background allows him to lead from the front, connect with people and truly unlock their potential, helping them achieve their goals at work.
I worked across various industries for years but fundraising truly made me stay longer and led to many life-changing insights. Working with Redgum has deepened my appreciation and gratitude.
