With operations across Australia, the Philippines and Malaysia, we're one of the region's fastest growing fundraising businesses — and we're looking for experienced Campaign Managers to help us keep building.
This is a role for someone who has already proven themselves in the field. You know what great D2D looks like because you've done it. Now you're ready to build a team, run a campaign end-to-end, and own your results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for building and leading a team of 6–10 professional fundraisers in your region. You'll set the standard on the field, coach your team to perform, and manage the day-to-day operations of your campaign — all while reporting directly to Redgum's General Manager and Directors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing a high-performing fundraising team
- Delivering daily coaching, briefings and performance feedback
- Managing campaign KPIs, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Building strong relationships with charity partners and representing Redgum professionally at all times
- Reporting on team performance and campaign outcomes to senior leadership

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience leading a team in a D2D or F2F sales or fundraising environment — this is non-negotiable
- A track record of hitting and exceeding targets, both personally and through your team
- Strong coaching and people development skills — you lift others as you climb
- Confident, organised and able to manage the moving parts of a live campaign
- Motivated by outcomes and accountable for your results
- Alignment with Redgum's values — transparency, ethics, and genuine care for the work
